What kind of coaching do you offer?
Both Life and Business Coaching. Life coaching addresses some or all of the areas of your life and creates targeted steps to get you feeling more satisfied in each area. Life coaching can certainly include business, professional, and career issues as well as all other life areas such as relationships, finances, health and wellness, family, and work-life balance.
Business coaching addresses all the aspects of your business and creates a targeted approach to take your business to the next level of profitability, productivity, employee and customer loyalty.
What issues do you work on with clients?
Issues come in all shapes and sizes. The key is a desire to improve one or more areas of your life. Most often, I work with clients on: relationships, career, health, fitness and weight loss, nutrition, dating, image, finances, sadness, assertiveness, and increased satisfaction with daily life.
My business coaching clients often choose to work in the following areas relate to business: increasing profitability, teamwork, marketing and communicati ons, internal process redesign and system improvements, employee and customer satisfaction, business planning and strategy.

What is a life coach?
Generally, a life coach is someone who works with clients to identify your goals and guide you toward reaching a more fulfilling and satisfying life.
Personally, I am trained in psychology, psychotherapy, and organizational improvement. This depth of knowledge in the fields of change and improvement allows me to help my clients achieve their goals and dreams through a combination of techniques, personal counseling, and genuine support.
How can I tell if coaching is for me?
Coaching is for you if you are feeling "stuck" or unsatisfied. Are you lacking fulfillment or joy in your life? Coaching is for you if you have an area of your life that you want to feel better about. Coaching is for you if you are just going through the motions, so to speak, and feeling stuck or unhappy. Look at all the various areas of your life: career/business, relationships, health, family, finances, recreation, personal development. Are you happy in these areas? Are you satisfied? Have you been neglecting certain aspects of your life?
How can I tell who would be the best coach for me?
As in most relationships, its about the right match. You are looking for a coach you "click with." You should feel comfortable communicating with your coach and supported by him or her. Do you sense a connection to this person? Do you feel you can work closely with him or her? Does this person motivate and inspire you?
Do you have testimonials or references that I can contact?
Yes! You can read client testimonials on this website by going to the "Clients" page. If you'd like to speak with a former or current client, I'm happy to provide you contact information for someone I've worked with who has used coaching for reasons similar to yours.
